I checked this out to see what the situation was and the customer selected free shipping which is 2-5 days. The order was delivered on the fifth day. We really have very little control over the exact amount of days from the post office. Our 2-5 days is only an estimate and some orders to the West Coast do take longer. An order can be delivered in 2 days one time and 5-6 the next time. That is just how the post office works. We could offer UPS and then you would know the exact amount of days and in this case it would have also have been 5 days and it would have cost $11 dollars. If you want the order in 2-3 business days we do offer Priority Mail to our customers at our discounted rate. We don't add anything.

Whenever I have an issue you get it solved as soon as possible, if you had more titles from reality king, team skeet and Doghouse, I wouldn't need to shop anywhere else.

Product suggestions or requests can always be handled by email. The review site is more for our service and reliability so customers can make an informed decisions before purchasing. But I have ordered in some RK and Team Skeet. I am not a fan of Dog House at their current price. They want way too much money for their DVDs. I do not recommend Dog House at their current price level. There are many other companies that are much better for much less.
