I only have great things to say about Jordan, Scott and Jane! Jordan hosted two briefings I attended before purchasing and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Scott worked my appointments around my needs and attended to all my health insurance benefits and payments. Jane was my Hearing Specialist and was very efficient! Pure Hearing did a one week follow-up after my purchase and when I left I knew I had made the right choice. I was treated with respect and always met with a smile and answers to all my concerns.

Thank you so much for being such a great salesman. I have been called the angel in my family, because I finally got our Dad to even consider hearing aids, let alone buy them. You were able to get him to try them and also, answer all his questions. Believe me when I say that this was a miracle, a minor one maybe, short of walking on water, but he is so happy with them (he acts like it's no big deal, but I know different). Chocolates were nice too!
