i bought around $500.00 worth of puppets 3 years ago and many were defective and though i called several times and left many messages for maybe 6 months i never received any response back until suddenly you want a review..... not cool thumbs down you care about customers just get the money . so bad review worse review if there was a way to repay you for your usury most of the puppets were defective and you ignored that cause you already had the money! Bad service awful does not deserve business!!!

You guys continuously ignored requests to cancel the order after it had been months (before quarantine) to receive the order. At this point it's been half a year and I'm just now getting requests for a review. So here's my review. I used to shop here. Still haven't received a refund of over $300 for puppets. That's been a lot of fun. Could've used that money for a lot of other things.
