Have been a Puffin Clouds customer for more than 5 years now - that speaks for itself.
They sell quality e-liquids at reasonable prices & offer discounts based on the number of bottles purchased. In addition, they run a scheme offering further discounts to loyal customers.
What’s not to like!
However, the main reason I use Puffin Clouds is their outstanding customer service.
They provide a fast delivery service, often within 24-36 hours.
They have also on several occasions over the years provided me with customer service that I consider above & beyond. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they will make every effort to supply what you require.

I’ve used Puffin Clouds very happily for a few years. Delivery is always very fast, reliable and well packaged. Great to have the loyalty discount card. Website gives useful info re: why my favourite liquid is out of stock (is due to UK Customs), and offers a handy “email when in stock” waitlist. Ian is so helpful with queries and advice.
