It is a pure pleasure to write this review. I bought this computer thinking that I got a Windows 8.1 Professional license for the life of the computer. I was really surprised when Windows popped up and said that I needed to activate it when I had already done so. I am on disability and know that Microsoft licenses are not cheap - or so I thought. 2 weeks ago I lost my windows7 validation.I tried all 2 keys I had.None worked.I purchased a new one from you.Windows support said it wasn't a valid key.It looks like I'll either wipe my hard drive and reinstall or else buy a windows 10 builders disk even though I hate windows 10's desktop and user interface.
