We have some wedding invitations to serve those who don't want to go anywhere for their personal printing needs except Print Fast. The cards we carry are premium quality and give you fast turnaround. We are not a sales oriented company. We are for service and quality. We don't push our customers to buy, if they are not interested. I made an inquiry regarding your review to the customer service and didn't find any wrong doing. Apparently they offered you a 5% discount from our listed prices. It's very seldom I leave poor reviews but this is absolutely warranted. After 4 phone calls and a follow up email I'm told that the production team closes early and my business cards (which I was told would be finished by 5 pm) won't be finished until Monday!? I would have gone to another print company if I was told at 11 am (time of my initial call) the deadline wouldn't be completed. A complete waste of my time which could have been totally avoided. Customer service & communication - poor and unorganized.
