I love this pony, however it was the wrong color for my hair and I will be sending it back for an exchange. I did send pretty pony a picture of my hair color but I have not heard back from your company yet. I look forward in receiving a pony that matches my hair color better.

I am pretty upset about my experience with Pretty Party. I only purchased bc I was trying to get the delivery date and I thought it would review everything before my purchase, but nope, it sure didn't. then when I immediately tried to cancel the order bc I had no idea when it would arrive, there was no contact number or email that would help me right away. I did email and I received one the next day offering me a partial refund if I kept my purchase. I only wanted it if it came by a certain date and it never told me that date till after my purchase. When I finally recieved it, I literaly wrote the email address to get the return lable only to get an address to send it to, meaning, I still had to send it myself and pay for shipping. Now I can only hope I get refunded for this product I never even took out of the package.

I was very excited about my purchase of my pretty party hair extensions but when received them, I was greatly disappointed with them. They looked nothing like what I had ordered and it was very cheaply made. They are falling apart already and I've only worn them once to a party for 2hrs because they were falling apart. I tried falling customer service to report my complaint and was told that there was nothing that could be done about it, so I will never but anything from your company again and will advise others not to buy anything from your company too. You should be ashamed to give people such false hope to look and feel better about themselves 9nly to let them down
