Love the product but less than pleased with the return (or lack of return) policy. It's really hard to tell if the color is a good match through the cellophane bag, and once you open the bag, the product is not returnable. It turns out my hairpiece is a bit lighter than my hair, but I will make it work because the product is so cool!

The piece is too heavy and the wire inside is so long. I tried cutting it down and quickly realized that the hair track wrapped around the wire was only glued at the ends so it started unraveling. I glued it in place. Maybe it would work better for anyone who already has long hair. Mine is a little past my chin and not quite shoulder length now. I would return it but I tried to make it work so I’m just out the money. Very expensive piece for being a track glued around a piece of wire. Anyone could make one if they didn’t want to spend the extra money. The hair is nice so I’m giving it 2 stars.
