After I set my appt I realized I forgot to use the CA resident discount. I contacted the team and they were helpful and made sure I was able to apply the code. The doctor was unable to make me appt after I was already logged in but I was quickly contacted by a rep who apologized and was able to get me the next available appt which was only 10mins away.
The doctor was very professional and kind and made sure that he answered any questions I had before we logged off.
The process was fast and easy and I've already reccommended to friends:-)

Doctor was ahead of schedule and waiting for me when I popped on. Maya asked carefully about my previous experiences with med mj and accessed quickly that I had treated myself effectively in the past and knew my way around product. She surprisingly brought up drug interactions with current medications and was very thorough in asking about my health history. All and all complete within like 2 minutes as well!
Following, had some issues with the cards I put in for payment and they quickly contacted me and corrected the situation. I had my PDF in my email within 2 minutes of updating my card info and was ready to go. Thanks y'all! Will be back for sure :)

Easy process but not valid at some CA dispesaries
The on-line process to get the recommendation and card was flawless. It is valid in all dispensaries in Nevada because they don't care where you are from... just that you have a Dr. recomendation. However... when I attempted to use it in San Diego, I was told that most "legal" California dispensaries require a buyer to ALSO have a California ID. With that said, I went into a couple of "other" San Diego area dispensaries who apparently play loosie-goosie with the law and they were OK with my out of state ID. I can't wait for legal adult use to be the norm because these goofy regulations are just plain silly.
