My video doctor - David Nguyen was great. Very easy to talk with and seemed to have an empathic understanding of what I am going through. He didn't just use the questionnaire for a guideline but asked several probing questions and had me describe what I am feeling. What was supposed to be a 10 minute session probably went 40 minutes until he was satisfied. I also am very satisfied. Thank you Dr.Nguyen.!

I have to say I was a bit skeptical to start. In the end I ended up with a California card which was fine as I was going to Nevada and they accept out of state cards. Smooth process, and received the PDF card a few minutes after the interview and I had no issues with its acceptance.
