As someone who gets a lot of anxiety, this process is always something I dread, some doctors can be very intimidating and not compassionate. The electronic process was quick and simple, the cost was low, and the scheduling was quick and painless. David Nguyen, M.D. was the doctor I chose, he called right on time and was so understanding having prepared and read my information before the FaceTime. He understood everything I explained about my medical conditions and was able to sympathize and explain his recommendation reasoning. I'll be back to presto doctor and will refer them to anyone I can for their excellent platform and David Nguyen, M.D.'s "awesomeness". Thanks a lot for being there for me!

Pleased to say I had a great experience using PrestoDoctor.com. I was able to have a "face-to-face" meeting with my doctor online (and in the privacy of my own home), which allowed me to not only speak frankly but also provided ample time for questions and discussion of my concerns. I came away feeling comfortable and confident with my physician (Dr. David Nguyen). This is a service that seems a bit overdue (especially given that I live in the Bay Area), but works exactly as it should.
