The Presto Doctor website was really easy to use. The Dr. interview was very comfortable to do. But there was some confusion (because I'm in Nevada) as to the process after the interview. I still had a lot of leg work to do, but the Dr. indicated all I had to do was wait for my card in the mail. That was not the case. But I did figure it all out in the end.
