My experience with Kate was fun and she was exceedingly helpful. Enjoyed meeting with the doctor, but was surprised she was trying to convince me to be cut, poisoned and burned before and/or at the same time trying cannabis. She was very pleasant, and I appreciated her sincere interest in my situation...I have no oncologist and no doctor I can turn to in my area. Currently I'm all alone in this journey. I'm thankful for the Recommendation and hope to start the treatment Wednesday, 11-29-17. I'm hoping that the dispensary will accept the Recommendation copy I received via email. I intend to keep in touch with the doctor, and am hoping I have an acceptable reaction to her suggested product/dosage. Please note that Kate was extremely helpful. I'd give them 3.5 stars, mostly because technical difficulties prevented having my initial appointment, and then had the doctor cutting out frequently such that we had to repeat ourselves quite often. That said, they made an effort to reschedule me as soon as they could, and did their best to overcome the technical difficulties, which may have been transient. Otherwise, very nice people, very good user interface design, good technical specs otherwise, and easy to use website and many questions answer in the FAQ. Overall, good experience and I appreciate the professionalism.
