I very much appreciate how convenient and affordable your service is, so no complaints there. The doctor appointment, on the other hand, seems like a ridiculous formality - I think we spoke for 2 minutes at most before he moved on to collecting money from someone else, it's like all he's looking for is a checklist of buzzwords that he needs to hear to cover himself in recommending the card, and there's no genuine medical care or information or even interest on his part whatsoever.
