I signed up online, completed the questionnaires and was talking to Dr. Christine Boudreau in 90 minutes. Start to finish, the consultation lasted 30 minutes. Dr. Boudreau spent 20 minutes advising me on what products to use, and how to properly administer them for maximum benefit. She really educated me. She even offered to answer any questions going forward, should the need arise.
