Audio for the call didn’t work even after the audio test went smoothly but Dr. Le was quick on his feet and made sure the appointment could go on. He was very thorough and had a wonderful bedside manner. He was very caring and well informed. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of 5 is the audio problem but that should really only be a 4.75/5 stars.
