Very professional. I had started to run errands the day of my appointment, and received a call from the doctor. The appointment had completely slipped my mind, and I was driving at the time. I let her know I was going to park as quickly as I could, and my apologies for forgetting. She quickly let me know that everything was fine, and I could call her right back after I parked, so I could be safe. She was very kind the entire time, and asked relevant questions as to why I was wanting to apply. All in all, it maybe took about 10 minutes!
