Fast and easy, Only 2 downfalls are when you "arrive" for your appointment it automatically starts a video chat and says waiting for the doctor but doesnt tell you to pause the video because all you were doing was "checking in" and the doctor i spoke to talked very fast and the connection wasnt optimal so it was hard to hear some of the things she was saying. Otherwise it was great!
