Easily the BEST patient-doctor experience I have *ever* had
The face-to-face time Doctor Nguyen gave was so helpful. He actually listened to me! I wish all doctors did this... I had a lot of head injuries as a kid, unlucky I guess, and I have seen more than my fair share of doctors, all kinds, over the years. This was the most thorough, comprehensive, helpful exam -- and possibly the longest. He took his time and wasn't rushed. What a change!

Overall a good way to get a cannabis card
I used PrestoDoctor to get a cannabis card. I already had a doctor recommendation but it had expired, and the idea of getting both letter and card over the internet with a skype appointment was really appealing. Dr. Nguyen was great and we had a nice appointment. Loved the convenience. I did run into a problem when I went to a dispensary with the emailed doctor letter from Presto, as it lacked the gold stamp that the dispensary required. I had to wait for the mailed version to arrive, and then go back and show them the stamp. In fact, the emailed letter and the way the phone number is displayed (to take advantage of the 420) makes the letter look suspiciously bogus, and the dispensary warned me I'd probably been ripped off. I wish PrestoDoctor had warned me about this in advance, as it was a big inconvenience and kind of embarrassing, and they didn't say anything about the emailed letter possibly not being accepted. Otherwise, everything was great.

I found presto doc through a google search, and boy was I glad I did. it was all set up to easy, was able to get my info entered and a consult same day. I have had no problems with my recommendation. The Dr actually discussed my health conditions, unlike the places you go in person. they just hear pain or anxiety and thats all they want to know. Dr Ngyugen was truly interested. and gave me some other suggestions as well. thats why I give 5 stars
