It was easy to set up an appointment and check my phone to make sure that the streaming technology would work. We began the video call at the appointment time but were having technical difficulties. Dr. Nguyen continued the appointment over the phone and was very thorough and helpful in his recommendation and instructions. Would definitely recommend to anyone as an easy, convenient way to receive a medical recommendation.
