I had a great experience with Dennis and his whole team at Pool Table Now! Dennis took the time to figure out how to help me while setting up the team to come out to the house. Determined that we didn't need to have an off site storage and that the garage would be fine for my needs. That saved me tons of money in storage fees! Today the team of Alex, Frank, and Francisco came to my home. They disassembled our pool table in the basement and moved all the pieces into my garage in less than an hour! They were all professional, personable and quick! They even took the time to show me how the pool table comes apart, very interesting! I would 100% recommend this company for any of your pool table needs (they do more than just moving)!!! Thank you for making this easy for a task that seamed overwhelming! I will have them back after our basement remodel is completed.

What a great experience I had. I had an appointment and they were right on time. The owner Dennis and I conversed on the phone and Nick helped me in the store. Extremely Nice, courteous and helpful. I picked out my table and am all set up for delivery. Ill post a second review when I get my table. My dad and I really like this place!wow!I love my table. The crew was right on time and very friendly . This table meant a lot to me as my wife passed last year from cancer. She made me promise to finish my pool table room and its now done. I highly recommend this company . Wish I could give them 6 stars !

Wonderful customer service and the product is amazing as well. We are so glad we ordered. The only complaint we had was that we paid a lot of money to have the pool table and shuffle board table delivered and assembled but the crew left all the boxes for us to take care of. I would have thought this would be included in the price of delivery. We have so many huge boxes now that I have to make three separate trips to the recycling center which is over a half an hour from our house.

researching 10 billiard table repair companies in the Chicago area and I am so glad he was the first because from the moment I first spoke to him until his awesome journeyman left our house, everything he promised was fair, true and on time.
As a matter of fact his guys finished the job of repairing my 25 year old AMF Playmaster Pro 8 to as good as new condition in 1 hour less time than promised. It was incredible watching 2 of his masters replace the old bumpers and felt, level and repair the table surface, repair the pockets and put everything back together again. One month later it plays better than I remember when getting it new.
The price, service and professionalism of Dennis and his crew can't be beat...
