After playing, for nearly a week, on the pool table I purchased from D. Jaburek Billiards I decided I was a bit harsh in my first review by only giving this company 4 stars. The table has played great and I've received nothing but very high complements on its quality and the quality of the games being played on it. It's already provided hours of pleasure and some good pool games. Very happy and satisfied with the quality of the product, the set up, and the reasonable cost. This company is deserving of 5 stars. You won't be disappointed dealing with them.

Just purchased the first pool table I ever owned in my life. It's kind of different going to this business as they operate out of a store front. There are no tables assembled for the customer to evaluate and the sales are based on pictures. You need to kind of know what you're looking for and ask detailed questions. The staff; however, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and provide good guidance. The prices are very reasonable and the delivery and setup experience was top notch.
I was a little disappointed that the table did not have a ball return (I was under the impression it did but I have nothing on the receipt to say that the table had this feature). Still, it's a fine table for the price and everything I was looking for. These guys have an EXCELLENT reputation within the billiards community and I definitely would not hesitate to use them for any maintenance or accessories in the future.

We had a terrific experience with Jaburek Billards, and it was not straightforward. After installation, we noticed a small issue with one corner and also a balancing issue. Without hesitation, they came out and fixed the defect and attempted to balance it. It is not easy, as we live in a condo and have uneven concrete floors. Jaburek stood behind their work and even made a second trip out to ensure we had the ultimate experience and balanced table. The place is a joke. Will never even contemplate working with them again. Bought 2 racks (diamond and triangle) and a wall mounted cue rack to match. The 2 ball racks came quickly but I spent weeks waiting for the cue rack. After reaching out to them several times, they finally respond telling me that they don’t have the cue rack and it’ll take forever for them to get a new shipment in. They offered to refund my order. I said fine, but now I have these 2 ball racks that were supposed to match the cue rack. I figured they’d just say sorry for the inconvenience and would refund me for the ball racks as well..... well I was wrong. So I asked if they would at least cover the shipping for me to send the ball racks back since I now had to look elsewhere for a matching set. They said no!!!! They expected me to send the racks back at MY expense after it was THEIR fault to sell something that they didn’t have in stock.
