I stumbled across this website when I was looking for a Viking cue. i found exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price so I jumped on it. I noticed after the fact while I was still shopping around after placing my first order and thought for a quick second , because it seems all the reviews were from years ago that maybe this website or company may not be open due to the pandemic and the crazy way life has been the past few years. I was completely excited and in awe that i fact this website is in fact still up and running. I did send an email regarding when to expect my order to arrive because I did request a smaller then usually size for my shaft with a custom tip. And I received a quick response back regarding expected shipping time. after further reviewing the cue I ordered it clearly states to expect a couple weeks for shipment. Can I just say I’m completely happy with my new cue ! It arrived sooner than I expected. Item was exactly as described. No knock off. Communication was great. I highly recommend this website. and have been telling all my pool playing friends about this site ! The cue was packed properly. No damage. No complaints. And i’ll be honest. I’ll be shopping here before looking at other websites. that’s for sure. I’m already picking out some accessories and other stuff to order in the next week. So thank you ! The team was fantastic with recovering (felting) our antique, 9’ pool table. Helped me select the right color to match my decor, was very responsive to questions, and was able to get it done within a couple of days. The installation team was quick and did a perfect job, even fixing the hanging leather pockets. They were thoughtful in our house and cleaned up before they left.

I had never purchased from Pool World before. I received my item quickly. And I like that the product came from a business located in the US. Someone even answers the phone when you call! Great experience for me!

If it were not for my persistence I never would have been told my product was on hold and it was going to take months to receive. Communication is key and I was disappointed in the updates I was given. Product was great though.
