Moved into a house with an older pool table that had loose and ripped felt, no bumpers and in dire need of some help. They came in and did a complete table tune-up. They were quick, professional and very knowledgeable. I had a lot a dumb questions that they even seemed pleased to answer. My table looks great now, new bumpers, pockets, re-level, new felt, probably more I don't even know all for a low, low price. I'm happy to show it off now instead of storing boxes on it!

Beginning with the table...The Table. This was a Brunswick Gold Crown One (1). All break-your-back and back-your-break 1300 pounds of nineteen sixties robust American made cold rollin' slate. What dreams are made of. What movies like "The Color of Money" are made on. Three professionals cared meticulously for this solid hardwood, iron and slated leviathan from the depths of a basement in Lynwood IL to its new shrine in Norwood Park Chicago. Yes, this review is from the heart and the three men who successfully performed this crucible did it with theirs too. Perfectly. Thank you so much for making this table mine! Amazing customer service and respect through out the the whole project.

Both Dennis and Dan helped me to find a used pool table. They were very reasonable and they included it with brand new felt and a nice accessory set free of charge. Their install crew of three gentleman were very professional and made sure the table was exactly where I wanted. I highly recommend them being an extremely picky person myself.

There aren't many words to describe how great of an experience I had with Dennis and his team with D. Jaburek Billiards and Pool Tables.
I manage a luxury highrise here in the city and we have two pool tables onsite. The one pictured here is currently housed in our main clubroom and gets frequent heavy duty use.
Over the years the pool table was subject to many types of abuse (from rips, to tears, to spills, etc). The time finally came where I simply could not stand looking at the unattractive state of the pool table's felt that I consulted with my building's engineer and other corporate executives for contacts.
Each and every contact they gave me was either booked until weeks or they were to charge an astronomical price for the re-felting of the table. Where else could I possibly search for pool table service providers in the city?
As an Elite Yelper that question shouldn't have even been asked.
Following suit, I turned to Yelp and Dennis' company was at the top of the list. Naturally I reached out to him in message and I received an immediate response. His prompt attention to my messages was continued until the job was complete.
He was able to get us on his schedule just 3 days after our initial message, and it only took him a couple of hours to complete the project.
Payment was made easily via an online portal, and he quickly provided me with my company's insurance requirements in order for him to work onsite.
Our table hasn't looked this sexy in years and I am so glad I opted for black felt! It gave our clubroom a much needed facelift and even our residents have complimented the new look.
5 Stars across the board. This transaction was quick, affordable (way more so than the other bids I received) and the result was quality!

Went this past Saturday with the Mrs. to look at some used tables. John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was very patient.
We chose an Imperial Washington 8".
Delivery was very quick (2 business days) .
I would have given a 5 star if it wasn't for a delay on the day of delivery/ installation. I did receive a call from the installers whom were having car trouble. Happens to us all which I understand. The issue came where I was not updated with an eta and had to follow up with them being that I was not updated with eta. Initial delivery time frame was that of 9:30/10 am. They arrived until 11:30.
Installers arrived and definitely made up for lost time. They were very quick and efficient. I could tell immediately that they knew what they were doing. Including that of new felt.
Install took a little over 2 hours.
Although used , the table is in very very good condition. Dennis and his staff definitely take good care of their tables.
The accessory kit is definitely useful but of not that great quality. Gets the job done though.
Despite the minor setback in communication, I am very pleased with my table , pricing and overall service rendered.

They spent time explaining how to evaluate a used table in our house and their costs for moving a used table and setting it up. Then we went to their store and loved finding a used table for significantly less than a new one and it looked wonderful. The set up is great and we are very happy. We have been using the table for a year and a half now - no problems.

I had them re-felt my pool table table, the technicians showed up on time, got right to work and within two hours were done.
