I have never met Dennis or even step foot in his shop but found him via Craigslist and took a gamble based on all of the positive reviews. Dennis usually answered the phone or returned my many phone calls same day. I was in the market for a 7' table and called him multiple times to get his opinion as I found them on line. Bottom line: I could not be more pleased with the service I received. There are a lot of pool table movers in the Chicago area and I called most of them to receive a bid. Dennis wasn't the cheapest but was the average and I went with D. Jaburek Billiards based on tenure in the business and positive reviews. The crew he sent, Jose, George and Alex were AWESOME, top notch! They arrived at pick up location a few minutes early, were fast and efficient and at my house were courteous and professional. They laid down a blanket at the front door, did not bump or scratch anything and answered ALL of my family's questions as we all watched the masters at work.

Doing business with someone you have never met can be unnerving but we couldn't be happier with Dennis, Jose, George and Alex. Job well done!

Highest review for the fantastic experience purchasing a used 8' Gandy Lexington table. Dennis really sold me on the table- it is stunning and the end result was exactly as promised.
The key to buying a used table is the skill of the team setting the table up for you- ensuring that the slate is perfectly level and smooth, getting the felt on correctly, etc. Dennis' team did a great job. Table is perfectly level and stable, the new Simmonis 860 felt is gorgeous and properly installed, and the overall look is just fantastic. I'll post a picture if I can figure out how to do it on yelp.
They've got one more Gandy so if you want an amazing table- give Dennis a ring asap.

The billard balls are more than I expected, they glide on the table. Fast and easy service, I would buy from them again!

Moved a 8" table from Burr Ridge to Oak Brook. Showed up on time, very professional and were painstaking in the new set-up and installing new cloth. Outstanding!

Great service. I used them to move a table from the suburbs to the city and have it set up. Frank and his crew did a great job setting everything up. They were quick and very professional. Will definitly recommend to friends.

Highly recommend Dennis and his company for anything Billiards related in the Chicagoland area! I had purchased a used pool table and used them to move it and set it up at my place. The crew were very professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable! I will definitely be using them again when I go to re-felt the table in the future!

Professional company. Dennis was always quick to respond and easy to reach via phone or email. The gentlemen who came to move the pool table were courteous and took great care to avoid damaging anything. Will definitely use this company again.

Lightening fast response, practical solutions, through job and reasonable pricing. I can't ask for more. (BTW the new pockets are gorgeous and I was really surprised to have a choice of styles brought to the job so I could see how they'd look on that specific table!)

I bought a small snooker table which was brought over from England by a New Orleans antique dealer. It was in good shape but the pockets were in bad shape and the felt was old aand ripped.

We just purchased a used 7' Kasson pool table from Dennis, and the experience working with him was absolutely "top notch" and extremely professional. Dennis is very honest and his knowledge of pool tables was helpful in our selection. Delivery and set up could not have gone any smoother....they arrived on time, were extremely professional and...most important to my wife....NEAT and considerate of bringing in the parts of the table and cleaning up after themselves.
