After I ordered everything seemed good. I had emailed and asked about how long it would take to get my item. A week after the time I was told to expect it I emailed again and was told that there was a delay and given another date to expect it. About a week after that date I emailed again with no response and again with no response, I called and the mail box was always fool. After a few week of that I was ready to cancel my order but knew that it would take even longer if I went somewhere else to get my product so I waited. Weeks after that I finally got a shipped notice on the order status and received my product 2 weeks later.
The communication with this company is poor internally and with customers. Obviously the emailing employee was given wrong info on the shipping time but don’t ignore your customers when they want just an update on a product they spent a lot of money on. Will not use this company ever again!

I received it ahead of schedule. But once I opened the box, i realized that the color wasn't what I ordered. But I really do enjoy the color it came in. Plus it was personalized so it wasn't worth causing a stink over.

Extremely fast shipping was nice. The item description was accurate and the tv trays are cute but beware they are extremely lightweight and flimsy. Not sure they are worth the $180+ I paid. Unsure how long they will last, but they look cool for your football watching parties!

I ordered a set of sports tv trays the logo on the trays are nice but the trays are not as sturdy and fragile I’ve purchase the same trays at big lots for 15 dollars a piece and the tables are more sturdy and strong and the wood is thicker
