Love this Pony Cycle so much !! Cuteness overload !! Great construction !!The only reason that I did not give a 5 Star Rating is the lack of stopping ability ! My 5 year old Grandson has learned to slow down and bump into something softly for a stop, or if there is room to just slow down till the pony comes to a stop. Is there something that we are doing wrong ?

Great products. Bought two (2) Medium Ponycycles for my grandaughters' birthdays. They love them. Here's a hint - if the child's weight is within 10-12 lbs of the (small) unit's max weight, spend the extra few bucks and order the medium. They'll get more use for a longer period of time.

I bought the Unicorn from your store. I gave it to my granddaughter for her third birthday. At first she didn't quite know what to do with it. It has now been a few weeks and my daughter sent me a video on a text of her riding it on a sidewalk. I can say that she has grasped the hang of it and she proclaimed, "Thank you Grandma!" as she was riding happily along.

I purchased a ponycycle for my not quite 3 ye old granddaughter and had it shipped to NYC. I have 2 horses and my granddaughter loves them so I ordered the dark brown that looks like my Tucker.My son put the ponycycle together and was impressed by the construction. He said it was obviously safe and well made; more than just a toy. The look on Jasmine's face when she first saw it was priceless! It took her all of 5 minutes to learn how to make it move and she has spent every waking minute at home playing with her horse! I would definitely reccomend both the cycle and your company to anyone looking for a great gift. I placed the order on Wednesday morning and it was delivered that Saturday

The ponycycle unicorn is cute, yet much smaller than it appeared for the medium sized cycle. It rides okay but not as smoothly as it appears in the ad. It’s a cool novelty but a bit overpriced.

The products were not timely delivered -- more than a month late. There were two orders for two different households. In each case, partial shipments were sent resulting in situations where only 1 child in each household received the item. And, insofar as one order, the second shipment was the WRONG product. Customer service was nonexistent and very unhelpful. In fact, they repeatedly gave inaccurate and unreliable information. I will never use this website again. Dissatisfied Customer

Ordered one for my daughters birthday. They charged me and then 3 days later called me to say I needed to pay for the cycle. I told them I was already charged and gave them the invoice number. 2 weeks later it was still sitting in shipping.
