I was under the impression that once I made the order I would get my chips 2-day Fed-Ex. What I didn't realize was that I had to wait until they finished the chips which added a couple more days to my wait. Not a big deal except that I needed them sooner for a golf outing. I'll know next time to factor that in. Outside of that, which isn't REALLY that big of a deal, I LOVE what was sent and an excited to pass them out at my outing. Thank you!

The chips available on the site used to design the chip we wanted were not available after the order was placed. Due to time restraints and not knowing when the chips we were wanting would be available we had to take the less desired solid white chip that doesn't look as sharp. We were not able to take half and order and the get the one we wanted when they came in. Wishing now I had just canceled the order until we got what we wanted.
Additionally some of the chips are not centered front and back that is when you look at the front of the chip and turn it over the back side is anything but centered. Often side ways.
