The site was user friendly, and easy to use, but the Customer Service Rep's phone Etiquette could be better. Do not be nonchalant because you are dealing with the Nigerian Community. Give us the same treatment and response that we would get if we called T-mobile for example. The Customer service rep Lilian was helpful, but so eager to rush me off the phone. I believe in this business, and I think there is a lot of potential.

Am a new client, the first time i used ping express it was delivered on time but the second and third time scared me because I made the transactions in the morning and it was successful later in the night. Since then am scared of sending cash through there, later spoke with their customer support the lady told me it was Nigeria network and also it happened because the day was a day after bank holiday, I was relieved but haven't send money since am planning to send sum soon. Anyway try to improve in those areas to give us proper assurance on the website, thanks.
