The actual transfer was very quick and convenient. However, the feedback on the verification process took longer than expected i.e. over 10 days. It took a call to the contact center to be informed that the verification was completed and confirmed okay to know that I could make a transfer - something you'd expect to have been handled by the contact center/customer service dept.

1 cannot sign up 2 the customer service bad. put you on hold for ever untill your phone battery goes dead. 3 if customer service don't have good workers it should be shut down after daytime hours.
