The exchange rate is very good and the best so far, but the delivery is very poor. Takes sometimes more than 24 hours before the recipients becomes the money and sometimes have to complain before it gets delivered. Therefore I don't send huge money and ping express cannot be relied upon on emergency. My first transfer was charged, after many complaints a code which doesn't work was sent to me, till date it has not been rectified after several complaints, so I gave up.
