Ping-Express has staff who seem unsure of what to tell you when you call about your experience or transaction. The compliance department will not speak directly to you, but told staff they will email you, and it is not immediate by anyone's standards. If you send money, make it a small amount until you know you are approved.

Good organization and valuable employees except that they will not answer phone calls or respond to messages left on answering services. Recently my remittance alert to my family members went in as investments, they were scared to touch the monies because they knew they did not have investments anywhere. My name was not disclosed in any of the remittance, thus they have no idea where the monies were coming from. I like the former alerts better. Other than the aforementioned lapse, keep up the good work.
