I just send money to Nigeria from Canada using Interac payment service and it was simple and easy. One of my bank card didn't work but it was because I have instructed my bank to not allow online debit transactions. Then I tried with another bank card and no problems. May sure your Canadian Bank Debit Card is set to allow online purchases.
