Disgusting customer service experience. I erroneously sent money to a closed bank account in Nigeria in December 2020. In that case, the transaction should not even go through. It went through after 3 days even when the account was listed as closed. I had to contact PingExpress to issue me invoice. But Ping Express would not even help to resolve the issue. I checked their website to see complaints procedure and realise I have to register my complaint within 3 months. I have asked them for details of whom to write over a month now, No response other than that they would respond as soon as possible.
