This company is great! The paddle was exactly what I asked for and I received it very quickly. Great correspondence and a personal touch. Will definitely do business with them again.

Delivery was fast and product (pickleball paddle) was accurately described. The paddle edge was marred/gouged slightly, but nothing that affects its function. I did not request another paddle, as it will get that way after a few games anyway. The Encore limited addition paddle looks and plays great.

Andy did a follow-up about my purchase. I thought that was good customer relations. I just used my new Blaster paddle today and it was nice and light and felt good in my hand. It was a big difference from the crappy ones I borrowed from my rec center. I am looking forward to a big improvement in my game. Thank you. Karen Ayers
