I received the Manuela boots last December and they are perfect! They fit like a glove, are extremely comfortable, beautiful color, amazing craftsmanship! Didn't realize they would come with shoe cream and brush; I am beyond ecstatic! Kaitlin was so helpful; she drew the measurements of my foot, helped me with all the details, and gave me updates about the status of the shoes as they were being made! I am so grateful for a well made shoe and amazing customer service!

I have been buying Peter Nappi products for about 3 years now, and have now purchased 5 pairs of shoes for myself/family, and a bag/clutch combo for my wife. We have been extremely pleased with every item. However, it was when I took my shoes in to be restored (I wear one pair just about everywhere) before my wedding. They went above and beyond by coordinating the timing, communicating with me after hours, and working with me on very short notice. They even offered to facilitate delivery of the product in case I left town before they were done. I planned on being loyal to the brand based on the quality of their products, but am even further dedicated to them after having such amazing customer service.

Love your shoes, They are difficult to take care off. No instruction or sample care products has been sent. Shoes seem to be made with care and are extremely comfortable. Some are difficult to put on, as the leather is soft. Need she horn (could also be supplied)

I appreciate the product very much. I am on my 3rd purchase. However service recovery is lacking. I ordered a pair of shoes that were too small. It has been a 6 month wait to receive the replacement pair. I actually still don’t have them. During that time communication was terrible, the only time I received emails is when I prompted them. In 6 months I only received one phone call and that was to tell me my shoes would be here in 2 weeks- and sadly that was incorrect because there are still not here.

The only issue I’ve ever had, I had to replace laces first week on my last pair. I’m sure you would have replaced them but it it was easier just to buy local. Minor inconvenience for such a good pair of boots.

I brought a group of Chick-fil-A execs to your shop for a night of mixing and shopping. The store was beautiful and the hospitality was great. Several members of the group ordered shoes. None of them ever received their shoes. 6+ months later, most canceled their orders. After several calls and email exchanges, I believe they were all reimbursed. It has become kind-of a running joke at my expense since I was the organizer and the person who spoke so highly of P.N. As for my own purchases, I bought a pair of shoes and a leather bracelet. The laces on the shoes broke after only a month. Otherwise, the shoes look great. The clasp on the $150 bracelet fell off after only a couple months of ownership. I sent it back to you, but I never got a response. I guess I did not really expect one. You have a great store and beautiful merchandise. Your follow through needs a lot of work.
