The PetMate Airline Cargo crate seems to meet airline requirements for flying our pet, but unfortunately arrived with a half inch hole in the top corner. A customer service person was apologetic and offered to ship a new top immediately. That top also arrived damaged, so we'll just use the first top to transport our pet by air.

I bought this because it had glowing reviews for the most part - but when I went through customs in South Korea, they didn't recognize it at all (even though I specifically purchased the United Airlines version). I was able to get through regardless, but it was a bit nervewrecking when I was checking in.
When I was coming back to the States, customs didn't check my cat's paperwork at all, so I can't say how smooth that part would have been.
Delivery was fast (via e-mail) but not sure about the authencity of the certificate, or if all airlines are aware of this form.

Unfortunately our cat was not inclined to have the treats at all. She usually is not fuzzy about treats, but I could not make her eat a single one of the chews, so if your cat is fuzzy, you don't need to bother with these.
