I am very happy with the quality of the pet carrier accessory kit. It includes all of the items that will help make the pet carrier more comfortable and secure for my cat's travel on air cargo. The food and water dishes can be attached easily to the inside of the pet carrier, and the funnel will make it easier for the air cargo people in case they have to put some food into the food dishes from outside the carrier. I like the plastic sleeve that is included to put all of my cat's travel documents in. I would recommend anyone who needs to bring their pet on any type of journey to buy the kit.

A blessing, considering that accurate information are very difficult to obtain. Chips required by Labs. Careful, it takes at least 2 weeks to get results from Brucella test, I had to postpone my departure.

I am very pleased with the documentation provided and the microchips. We are planning to travel to Australia and New Zealand and the PetTravelStore has given me ease of mind. I received the Regulations as well as all the documentation required by both countries in regards to vaccines, titter test, importation, quarantine, 16 digit microchip, etc.
I would highly recommend them for all your travels. I filled out what I could and handed over the package to our local vet. She completed the remainder of the paperwork that required her signature and stamp and injected the microchip. I went online registered him and that was it. Simple, organized and easy!

I was really worried about traveling over 20 hours on a plane with a really thin pee pad for my Mastiff/St.Bernard dog. I was so happy when I found this. It is really thick and will provide a bit more comfort for my dog then a regular pee pad. I say a 'bit more comfort' because it compresses when weight is put on it. I do not know if it really is re-usable yet, I will update this review when I know. The only thing that shocked me about my purchase was the shipping costs, they are a bit steep. I almost didn't purchase my items because of the expense.

I ordered the Jumbo Pet crate bottle and the large pet crate bowl. The products sent seem to be really good quality and they are a definitely large enough for my Mastiff/St.Bernard on a 20 hour flight. The items were delivered on time as well.
The only issue I encountered was when I called the store to ask some questions about two different products. The person I spoke with was a bit 'short' with me and didn't want to answer my questions.

Estos documentos son muy convenientes para entender el proceso de movimiento de las mascotas al pas... quiz no se ocupan todos los formatos y el veterinario puede aplicar el propio, pero entonces se convierte en una excelente guia de lo que no debe faltar para mudarte con tus mascotas. Por otro lado es importante ver las razas que se agragan a las listas de la aerolinea y que no pueden viajar, son muy rigurosos en eso... no hagan todo el proceso si no lo van a subir, importante en conexiones ver cada aerolinea por separado y si alguna de ellas no procede en ese caso hay que buscar otras aerolineas o incluso optar por importacion en aerolineas de carga.
