The paperwork was really helpful in transiting from the US to MX. More than Agromex needed. The only blip was the duty vet in PV said we could not bring the anti-parasitic and flea meds into the country, which we can buy here. I think they just had to “ping” us on something, but Sadie went through with flying colors! She flew in a soft-sided crate under our seat instead of under the plane.

I found out two days before I left the states that my pet’s microchip was an older version which may not have registered with the scanner utilized by Japanese customs. My vet put me in touch with the PTS and as I sloppily sobbed my plight to the customer rep, he was able to understand every slurred word, calm me down and process and ship a scanner to me in 24 hours! Without the PTS, we would still be in Virginia instead of joining my husband stationed here in Okinawa.
