Even though I had a"airline approved" shipping crate from another store had to leave Kennedy Airport to purchase yet another crate because there were air holes in bottom portion. Thank goodness arrived at cargo 5 hrs early. Next time I will get one at Pet Travel Store.

However we were traveling to Loreto on the Baja and they are VERY specific especially regarding parasites in dogs and cats. So we did have some hassles with the Mexican customs. Just so you know....

I'm so glad we found you guys. My mom just landed in Bosnia with her dog this morning. Everything went very smoothly thanks to you. Bosnia doesn't have any set negotiations with the US regarding the import of pets so we were calling the USDA, the embassy, and every other resource we could think of just to get a concrete answer from someone. I was a little skeptical about filling out a Germany packet because she had a very brief layover there, however, I am SO thankful we followed your recommendations because she actually missed her flight to Bosnia and had to stay at a hotel in Munchen, which required her to leave the airport and pass through customs again the following day. If we didn't have the necessary paperwork, we probably would not have been able to pass through customs with such ease. Even our vets office was amazed at how well-informed we were about the whole process and we have you to thank for that. I would 100% recommend you guys to anyone traveling internationally with their furbabies!
