Giang - we regret that the international carriers who are responsible for delivering your order have not done so. It was shipped promptly and was last scanned in Japan on April 28th. Here is the tracking number: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?origTrackNum=cy134753665us. It could already be in Vietnam at this point awaiting scanning and customs clearance. I purchased this travel litter tray as we will be emigrating and arriving in a foreign country with our two cats and we will want to get them out of their carriers as soon as we get to our new apartment. One of my cats stands up to pee, so we need a high-sided tray to accommodate this. The pack of 4 is perfect for my needs and am very pleased to be able to arrive and have litter trays that will last a few days while I track down a more permanent hih-sided tray. I tried out one tray with a small amount of litter in it and my cat immediately used it. I think this is a great temporary tray and for anyone who has a cat who stands up to pee, this is perfect! Plus they fit in my suitcase easily!
