As soon as she put on that service animal vest she seamed to know she was working and made my flights and 7 hour layovers a breeze.

Although we also hired a pet mover to assist us with the transtion I feel that all the information provided was helpful to make sure all was being done as it should. I reccomend purchasing any package such as this as it provides you with the most upto date requirements to move pets from one country to another having confidence that protocol is being followed so that things go smoothly for your pet.

The pet passport packet is good because it gave me a solid idea about which documents and processes I needed to follow to take my cat from Ukraine into the UK. However, it is impossible to actually have a Ukrainian vet complete the paperwork in the packet (so impossible to use the packet as a "pet passport") because none of the multiple vets I visited in Ukraine were willing to complete paperwork in English; they insisted on recording all information in their own documentation templates, which are in Russian. They were especially reluctant about the pet passport packet because some of the pages, such as the one that includes space for vaccination information, do not include a space for the pet's microchip number on every page, and for every vac record, so, as one Ukrainian vet pointed out, "this could be for any cat at all." But as I mentioned, the packet was very useful to me, and I only had to figure out how to obtain the information in document form that Ukrainian vets were willing to complete. It turned out that I needed only to have the Ukrainian vets do their thing in Russia, then take all the Russian documents to the airport vet within ten days of my flight, get some last-minute worming, and that final vet would put all the info into a document in English.

In short, purchase of the pet passport packet provided valuable guidance for me, and the email response to questions about the procedure from Pet Travel Store was prompt and very, very helpful. I would recommend purchase of this packet to anyone who wants a guide as to what processes they need to take their pet from Ukraine to UK, just be aware that you won't be able to actually use the packet as a pet passport.

I was so happy I purchased the Pet Passport for Mexico as the laws had changed in last couple years from bringing in dogs. Last year the custom agent barely let me in the country as I was missing a ecto and endo parasite vaccination. He said it will soon be compulsory. So this years trip I purchased the pet passport Mexico and it was a wise decision for such a reasonable low fee. My Veternarian had to spend more time filling in forms but all the instructions were there. I had to email PetTravel a couple of times and received very prompt response and answers. Being a Canadian I first received American titles papers but they fixed this right away.
Arriving in mexico I was very nervous as I saw in online chat rooms so many pet horror stories and complications due to the new rules. Customs would have to call a vet and on and on. That certainly was not my case. The customs agent looked at all my papers and laid them down and said ‘this is how I wish people would travel with their pets. This paper works is exemplary and fantastic. He stamped the papers, took what he needed, photocopied my passport and we were in. Thank you Pet Travel Store!!

The week before travelling to Czech Republic was a bit hectic with Charlie's vet visit and receiving tapeworm medication as well as getting the paper work completed and signed by the CFIA. The paperwork must be completed with all information before taking to CFIA office. The owner must take papers in and sign at the office. We had no problems with the Lufthansa Airline (Charlie was booked and flew on all 4 flights - 2 to Czech Republic & 2 back to Canada) or the Czech Republic customs. Canadian Customs was not the most pleasant experience. They reviewed all of our papers and charged an inspection fee (called it an import fee) of $30.00 plus HST.
