I love love love this StrudiBag 2.0. I was leary about what to purchase that would be the most comfortable and easily managed and still fit on the plane. I feel like I/we (the cats and I) scored huge with this bag. Brody - Orange - just under 8.5lbs and Lovey - Grey - just under 6.5lbs have only travels in a med sized dog crate in my truck for camping trips. This time we needed to go on the plane. I panicked wondering if they would even fit in an "airline OK'd" bag. Stumbled into this website and there was only a couple of photos but it was enough for me to give it a try. I will attach pictures in hopes to show that they had plenty of space in the bag and I had plenty of foot room. Now, heres for good info to keep in mind, I flew SW in a 737-700 flight. I bought the Large bag - 18 x 12 x 12 inches or 46 x 31 x 31 cm. An XL will not fit under the SW airlines seat. The Large was end to end touching the seat legs and the seat bottom in the MIDDLE seat on the plane going side to side. There is a video attached (hopefully) where you can see me slide it up under the seat. This bag will not fit with the hard bottom in it under a window or isle seat on a SW Airlines 737-700 plane. You could take it out and squish it in, but then putting the bottom back in to get off the plane will be a pain if you need to move quickly to catch a connecting flight. The cats did great. Not a peep out of either one and I tossed in treats when I could feel the cabin pressure change so that they could swallow to fix their ears. I cant really think of anything negative to say. It has an elastic band on the outside of the bag that I slide over my rolling suitcase handle and that is how we rolled thru the airport. There is a zipper pocket on the backside where I kept a small bag of treats. There is plenty ventilation in the bag with all the windows and flaps. There is one picture of some bug eyes but that is because the plane got super load because nobody was using their head phones. The flight attendant took care of that. I hope this helps someone.

I received the crates very quickly! My cats love them, and are now spending more time in them rather than with me! We have not yet flown yet, but after reading all the reviews, I don't think there will be any issues. Thank you for putting together a great website, and putting our minds at ease when flying with our little ones.

The passport should be a regular passport size, I find it way too big, it’s bigger than my pet 😄

It arrived with a hole in it. I thought it was made of cardboard but it is paper and seems flimsy. It may earn one rating star up or down after I try to use it.

They provided me with valuable information about traveling to Europe with our dog that we had trouble finding elsewhere. This is my 2nd sleepypod Air pet Carrer. I use it for my large male cat, tranporting him in the car. The ability for him to stretch out and sleeps, and sometimes I let him go in/out in the back seat, but he can tolerated the ride much better. The first sleepypod was 5 years old and was a hand-me-down from a dog owener. I love that the inserts are washable and it wipes down well in general.

We never flew with our 3 year old dog before let alone internationally to Norway. However, the general information provided on the website and the form package you can buy was totally worth it. Went though customs within 10 minutes had everything on hand and went thought no problem. The customs lady even praised us for having everything ready and prepared.

Will definitely be using this service in the future. Save yourself the stress and get the package!
