Ordered to my address, the parcel was never received and royal mail attempted delivery although this address is open at all times. Returned back to sender, and the Perfume Direct refuse to post it back out. They will refund and I will need to reorder. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY NEXT DAY DELIVERY COST DO NOT USE!!

Hi Molly,
Thanks for your feedback however we feel this is quite unjust. Royal Mail returned your parcel to us because they said that the recipient wasn't at the address listed so therefore would not be able to gain a signature. We would always advise to get your items delivered to an address where you will be there to receive it personally. We do not make any money on postage and have to pay Royal Mail the £3.99 it costs to send on Next Day Delivery and that was the reason why we couldn't refund the shipping cost which we feel is fair as we cannot be held responsible for the absence of a recipient.
