Worst experience with company in a longtimeI received a defective product. Before I could a replacement I had to talk to "Jimmie" who told me the item must have a defective timer. If he sent me a timer could I replace it? Well noooo. Finally got authorization for a replacement with the understanding they would send a call tag for defective item. All of the above happened in Nov and Dec. As of today, April 3, the item is still here on my porch packed and ready to ship. I refused the replacement as it took too long. I have never received my refund and I am tired of calling this sorry company.

Great product at a Great PriceI am new to retail and needed some euro tote bags for my products. I looked at many different suppliers, but went with PBFY mostly because of the Great price. Bag ColorThe quality of the kraft bags we ordered was inferior. We moved to the rice paper bags that did not look at all color wise as the sample I was sent. Sent an email to Betty a while ago and still haven't heard back. Sorry guys but you're not the only company selling bags (thankfully). We won't be ordering again from you
