We're so sorry that you were unhappy with your order. We try to inform all of our customers about changes to our products ahead of time, but unfortunately, not everyone receives those updates. We are always looking to innovate our products and improvements to our bags may include better materials and substrates, but never reduces the bag's quality. We will contact you to understand what exactly was unacceptable with the bags you ordered. After being a faithful customer for more than two years, we hope you give us another chance to make this right and not rate us so low for this one time experience

very mehMy only qualm with PBFY packaging is that the product that they ship doesn't always match the picture that is advertised (to me this is fairly basic and major). Then you want to return the item you have to pay for shipping both ways, and deal with the hassle of returning the product. I 100% recommend getting samples of everything you are thinking about purchasing from the site. If not you could be sorely disappointed

The product photos we display on our website and printed catalog are the actual products we sell, so it concerns me that you did not receive what we represent on our website. While we do offer "try before you buy" free samples to allow you to select the best bag for your purposes, you should have received what you saw on our website and I apologize that you didn't.

There are issues with the way things are packed.I do not like the fact that the bags we ordered ended up a semi-chaotic mess in the box. Again. Even though we were assured this was not standard practice.We were also shorted a couple of bags in the order. I decided not to contact them for 3 bags out of a thousand, due to our last experience with contacting the company.Very frustrated and will be looking for another supplier for said bags.However, the bags themselves are quite functional, and are exactly what we need, which is why we came back a second time.... and why this is a three star review.
