Our order was filled and we received it promtly. However, the boxes (that the product ordered was shipped in) came torn and in a general mess. Surprisingly , the bags were still in good shape. All the bags in the two boxes had to be transferred to other boxes for storage. I hope my shipment comes in better condition next time.

Hi Emily, Oh boy, we are sorry that the boxes got there in that condition. Of course, it did not leave our facility that way and we would not expect it to arrive that way. It sounds like the carrier (UPS) did not take care of it or somehow was put out where it could be wet. I am hopeful that the person that signed for it made a notation of the damage, so perhaps a claim could be done or there were actually very few that were not useable. Please feel free to call us, if there is anything more we can do to help in this case.
