A little annoying. I kept receiving a notice that my order was still sitting in my cart, although I had already paid for and completed it. I emailed twice regarding it, because I also did not receive a confirmation email (although I saw it was complete on the website), and never received a response. Shipping was quick, as usual.

We are currently in the process and developing more eco-friendly options.
We do have our 16-ounce compostable stand-up pouch item PBY44.1_KRAFT.
This is also available with a compostable valve.
With the rise of fuel prices everyone's shipping costs have gone up unfortunately.

We have two warehouses strategically placed in the Unites States to ship faster and save you money.
