For the most part Open Road made refinancing My car easy. There was some work that I had to do but it was not difficult. There was some confusion on the interest amount we started out at 16% and I was told 19% and, in the end, it was 20.4%. I still saved 4% and about $40 a month. It is yet to be seen how difficult Open Road will make it to pay them my last company needed extra money to pay by phone.

Everything was handled with ease and simplified to make things move quickly. Communication throughout the process was good. My only complaint is I was told I’d have a one month reprieve before I had to begin payment and that did not happen. I was disappointed with that.
