This is the first time I have refinanced a car and from the beginning to the end, Lillian Jean-Louis was always just an e-mail or phone call away ready and willing to answer any questions I had in regards to my refinance, I did have questions at one point and she answered right away, was very knowledgeable about her job, was very impressed. these people lie, and make you feel like your being taken advantage of. they approve then deny then approve then deny. at the end of the day they approve you with higher interest rates and lower your payment by extending your terms, of course not without shot gunning your credit. then they make you do things over and over again because there people are incompetent high school graduatestudents that can't think on there own.
